PEOPLE'S ORDINANCE NO. 33

 THE CITY SHALL NOT ORDER THE CONSTRUCTION OF ANY IMPROVEMENT WHERE ASSESSMENTS ARE TO BE LEVIED AGAINST PROPERTY OWNERS AS PROVIDED UNDER C.R.S. 31-25-503 EXCEPT AFTER APPROVAL BY A MAJORITY OF THE PROPERTY OWNERS TO BE ASSESSED WITHIN THE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT TO BE CREATED.

 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing People's Ordinance No. 33 was submitted to a vote of the registered electors for their adoption or rejection at a Special Municipal Election held in the City of Grand Junction on the 30th day of September, 1986, at which election a majority of the votes were cast for People's Ordinance No. 33.

 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the Seal of said City this 18th day of January, 1988.
