RESOLUTION NO. 23 - 93

Whereas, CRS 31-12-101, et seq. requires that Municipal Annexation Plans be reviewed and updated annually, and

Whereas, the City Council has adopted a municipal annexation pian and has approved past yearly updates by resolution, and

Whereas, the City Council finds the 1993 Municipal Annexation Plan meets the standards and requirements set forth in CRS 31-12-101, et

seq.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction:

That the 1993 Municipal Annexation Plan is hereby adopted and be forwarded to the County Commissioners of Mesa County.
