RESOLUTION NO. 46-93

 ADOPTING THE METROPOLITAN PLANNING ORGANIZATION

 MULTI-MODAL TRANSPORTATION STUDY

 WHEREAS, The City of Grand Junction is a member of the Metropolitan Planning Organization; and

 WHEREAS, City Staff have reviewed and accepts the methodology used to complete the Multi-modal Transportation Study; and

 WHEREAS, the content of the study and recommendations made in the study are the results of public input and good transportation planning practices; and

 WHEREAS, this study can be used as an advisory document and a tool for identifying and prioritizing future transportation improvements.

 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

 The attached "Multi-modal Transportation Study" is hereby adopted as part of the Transportation Element of the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Grand Junction.

 Passed and adopted this 21st day of July, 1993.
