 RESOLUTION NO. 48-93

 A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1993 FEES AND CHARGES

  POLICY FOR THE GRAND JUNCTION PARKS AND RECREATION

 DEPARTMENT AS ESTABLISHED BY RESOLUTION NO. 82-92

Recitals.

 Resolution No. 82-92 established a Fees and Charges Policy for the Grand Junction Parks and Recreation Department for 1993.

 At that time, fees were not established for the use of Watson Island.

 The City Council of the City of Grand Junction has determined that it is appropriate to establish fees for any restrictive or exclusive use of Watson Island.

 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION THAT:

 The City of Grand Junction Parks and Recreation Department 1993 Fees and Charges Policy is hereby amended by the addition of the following under Section IV. Facilities Rental, Subsection B. Park Permits:

 3.  Watson Island - including any set-up or tear-down days that restrict or prohibit use by the general public

   a. full day 100.00

   b. half day 50.00
