RESOLUTION NO. 90-93

 AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN

 A PRE-ANNEXATION AGREEMENT WITH PARADISE HILLS PARTNERS

 FOR PORTIONS OF PARADISE HILLS NO. 2 ANNEXATION

 WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the best interest of the City to annex portions of Paradise Hills No. 2; and

 WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it will benefit the City to have a new access built to the west going out to 26 1/2 Road in order to reduce traffic impact on the existing Paradise Hills;

 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 That the City Manager, on behalf of the City and as the act of the City, is authorized to sign a pre-annexation agreement so that the City can proceed with annexation of portions of Paradise Hills No. 2.
