RESOLUTION NO. 16-94

 RESCINDING THE AUTHORITY TO CONVEY A WATER

 LINE EASEMENT TO CLIFTON WATER DISTRICT

 BECAUSE THE EASEMENT IS NOT NEEDED

Recitals.

 In Resolution No. 42-93, the City Manager was authorized and directed to sign a certain easement document. As it turns out, Clifton Water District does not need the easement.

 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 The easement authorized in Resolution No. 42-93 is not now required, thus such resolution is hereby rescinded.

 PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of March, 1994.
