RESOLUTION NO. 32-94

 REGARDING THE APPOINTMENT OF SUSAN DACKONISH

AS ASSOCIATE MUNICIPAL COURT JUDGE

WHEREAS, the City of Grand Junction by charter and ordinance has provided for and established a Municipal Court, and

WHEREAS, the charter provides that the City Council shall appoint a Judge of the Municipal Court, and

WHEREAS, the Code of Ordinances provide that additional or Associate Judges may be appointed as may be needed to transact the business of the Court, and

WHEREAS, Municipal Court Judge David A. Palmer has recommended the appointment of Susan Dackonish as Municipal Court Judge;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 That the City Council, sitting in public session this 20th day of April, 1994, hereby appoints Susan M. Dackonish as Associate Municipal Court Judge for a term of two years.
