CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION

 Resolution No. 39-94

 RENAMING STREETS IN THE REPLAT OF BLOCKS FOUR AND FIVE,

 PTARMIGAN RIDGE, FILING SIX

RECITALS:

 The Replat of Blocks Four and Five, Ptarmigan Ridge, Filing Six designates street names of Brambling Circle and Bittern Court. Upon assigning addresses to the platted lots it was found that clarification and modification of the street names was necessary to conform to the street naming and addressing system as set forth in section 5-3-4 of the Zoning and Development Code.

 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

 That the street names as they appear on the Replat of Blocks Four and Five, Ptarmigan Ridge, Filing Six as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 184 be modified as follows:

 The north-south section of Brambling Circle adjacent to lots 1 and 4, block 2 shall be West Brambling Lane.

 The north-south section of Brambling Circle adjacent to lots 2 and 3, block 2 shall be East Brambling Lane.

 The entire length of the east-west section of street ending in Bittern Court shall be named Bittern Court. (see attached exhibit A)

 PASSED and ADOPTED this 18th day of May, 1994.
