RESOLUTION NO. 68-94

 A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE STORM WATER MANAGEMENT MANUAL AS SUBSECTION 1 OF THE SUBMITTAL STANDARDS FOR IMPROVEMENTS AND

DEVELOPMENT MANUAL (SSID)

 WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted the Submittal Standards for Improvements and Development (SSID) Manual as Section 5-6 of the Zoning and Development; and

 WHEREAS, the Public Works and Utilities Department of the City has caused the Storm Water Management Manual (SWMM) to be written, which Manual establishes policy, criteria and technical procedures for estimating storm runoff and designing drainage facilities for development; and

 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed and recommended the approval of the SWWM,

 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 That the Storm Water Management Manual be adopted and approved as submitted and incorporated by reference as section 5-6-1 of the Zoning and Development Code of the City of Grand Junction. Any and all prior and/or inconsistent provisions are hereby repealed.
