RESOLUTION NO. 74-94

 AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN THE PLAT REALIGNING AND

 RELOCATING OPEN SPACE ACCESS ADJACENT TO LOT 45, BLOCK 9,

 RIDGES FILING #6

RECITALS:

 The Planning Commission, at their August 2, 1994 hearing, approved the replat of Lots 41A through 47A and Lot 45, Block 9, The Ridges, Filing #6. The replat, which reduces the number of lots and increases the width of an access to a multi-family lot, also includes moving an open space access point along Rana Road approximately 100 feet east. The proposed replat still maintains usable access to the open space. The City of Grand Junction, as the owner of the Ridges open space, must sign the new plat.

 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

 That the City Manager be authorized, on behalf of the City as the owner of the Ridges open space, to sign the plat titled, The Replat of Lots 41A through 47A and Lot 45, Block 9, The Ridges, Filing #6, which relocates open space access.

 PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of August, 1994.
