RESOLUTION NO. 85-94

RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE STATE OF COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH (CDOH) AND THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION (CITY) FOR REHABILITATION FUNDS FOR 15TH STREET AND WINTERS AVENUE

 WHEREAS, the City, has requested funds to pay for rehabilitation of road damage to15th Street and Winters Avenue, and

 WHEREAS, CDOH has approved and disbursed $85,000 in funds for the rehabilitation of road damage to 15th Street and Winters Avenue, and

 WHEREAS, the City, as the contractor, will perform the rehabilitation project; and

 WHEREAS, the attached agreement with CDOH incorporates the agreements between the CDOH and the City.

 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Grand Junction hereby ratifies and approves the City Manager's signature on the agreement on behalf of the City.
