RESOLUTION NO. 2-95
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A FEE FOR APPLICATIONS
FOR CHANGE IN LOCATION FOR RETAIL BEER AND LIQUOR LICENSES
Recitals.
Under the provisions of Section 4-51 of the City of Grand Junction Code of Ordinances, the City Council shall establish by resolution application fees to cover actual and necessary expenses incident to the proceedings in connection with fermented malt beverage licenses and alcoholic beverage licenses.
The City application fee necessary for a Change of Location application has not been established previously.
The application fee established by the Colorado Liquor Enforcement Division is $100.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION THAT:
The following application fees are hereby established:
1. Change of Location - Fermented Malt Beverage License - $100.00
2. Change of Location - Alcoholic Beverage License - $100.00
