RESOLUTION NO.7-95

 A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING POLLING PLACES

 FOR THE APRIL 4, 1995 MUNICIPAL ELECTION

Recitals.

 The City of Grand Junction has adopted the "Colorado Municipal Election Code of 1965".

 The "Colorado Municipal Election Code of 1965" provides that the governing body shall designate the location and address for each precinct at which elections are to be held.

 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO THAT THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS ARE DESIGNATED AS ELECTION POLLING PLACES:

 1. District "A", Precinct 1  Orchard Mesa Middle School

             2736 Unaweep Avenue

 2. District "A", Precinct 2  Girl Scouts Chipeta Council

             415 Brach Drive

 3. District "B", Precinct 3  Mesa View Retirement Center

             601 Horizon Place

 4. District "C", Precinct 4  Northeast Christian Church

             2001 Patterson Road  

 5. District "D", Precinct 5  Visitor & Convention Bureau

             749 Horizon Drive

 6. District "E", Precinct 6  Lincoln Park Elementary School

             600 North 14th Street
