RESOLUTION NO. 16-95

 REGARDING THE APPOINTMENTS OF

  ASSOCIATE MUNICIPAL COURT JUDGES

WHEREAS, the City of Grand Junction by charter and ordinance has provided for and established a Municipal Court, and

WHEREAS, the charter provides that the City Council shall appoint a Judge of the Municipal Court, and

WHEREAS, the Code of Ordinances provide that additional or Associate Judges may be appointed as may be needed to transact the business of the Court, and

WHEREAS, Municipal Court Judge David A. Palmer has recommended the appointments of Susan Mumby and Care' McInnis-Raum as Associate Municipal Court Judges;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 That the City Council, sitting in public session this 15th day of February, 1995, hereby appoints Susan Mumby and Carrie McInnis-Raum as Associate Municipal Court Judges for terms of two years.

 READ and ADOPTED this 15th day of February, 1995.
