RESOLUTION NO. 21-95

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE PURCHASE OF 80 ACRES OF LAND BY THE CIP FUND FROM THE GOLF COURSE FUNDS

WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board and the focus groups of golfers recently surveyed believe that the City should assist the Golf Course Capital Development.

NOW THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION; that:

1. The purchase of the 80 acres adjacent to Tiara Rado by the CIP Fund for $400,000 is hereby approved effective January 1, 1995.
