RESOLUTION NO. 28-95
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING JUDGES OF ELECTION
FOR THE APRIL 4, 1995 MUNICIPAL ELECTION
WHEREAS, the Municipal Election Code provides that "At least fifteen days before each municipal election the governing body shall appoint the judges of election".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO THAT:
The following persons be, and they are hereby appointed as Judges of election for the Regular Municipal Election to be held in the City on Tuesday, April 4, 1995:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:
1. That each Judge of Election serving on the day of election be compensated for his/her time by the payment of sixty dollars ($60.00), Supply Judges to be compensated by an additional five ($5.00) each.
2. That each Absentee Judge of election on the day of election be compensated for his/her time by the payment of fifteen dollars ($15.00).
