RESOLUTION NO. 62-98

A RESOLUTION REPEALING THE REQUIREMENT THAT MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY BE CITY RESIDENTS

Recitals.

On June 4, 1975 a resolution was passed by the City Council resolving that members of the Grand Junction Housing Authority be required to be residents within the City during their tenure on the Authority.

This resolution hereby rescinds the requirement that members of the Grand Junction Housing Authority be required to be residents within the City.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of September, 1998.
