A Resolution Accepting Funds In The Amount Of $10,000 From The Colorado Department Of Transportation For CDOT Project C R300-043, Traffic Signal Study, For The Purpose Of Conducting A Traffic Communications Study.

RECITALS:

The City Council of the City of Grand Junction, hereby resolved in Resolution No. 3-99, to enter into a contract with the State of Colorado, Department, to participate in a traffic communications study in the Grand Valley.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, AS FOLLOWS:

The City Council accepts the funds from the State of Colorado in the amount of $10,000.
