UTILITY, IRRIGATION AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT VACATION

 

 

EASEMENT VACATIONS FOR LOT 2, GLOTFELTY MINOR SUBDIVISION, LOCATED AT 2844 KENNEDY AVENUE.

 

 

RECITALS:

 

 This resolution vacates existing utility, irrigation and drainage easements located on Lot 2, Glotfelty Minor Subdivision.

 

 The easements being vacated shall be replaced with various easements located throughout the Camelot Gardens development approved for Lot 2 that will accommodate the various utility, drainage and irrigation interests serving and passing through Camelot Gardens Subdivision. This will be accomplished through the Camelot Gardens Final Plat.

 

 The Planning Commission, having heard and considered the request and found the criteria of the Code to have been met, recommends that the vacations be approved.

 

 

   NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION THAT:

 

The following described easements are hereby vacated upon recordation of the Camelot Gardens Final Plat.

 

A Drainage, Irrigation and Utility easement located in Glotfelty Minor Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 17, at Page 108, Mesa County records, more particularly described as follows:

The South 30.00 feet and the East 20 feet of Lot 2, Glotfelty Minor Subdivision, as noted on the plat as a 30’ and 20’ Drainage, Irrigation, and Utility Easement.

 

A 10 foot Irrigation and Drainage Easement located in Glotfelty Minor Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 17, at Page 108, Mesa County records, more particularly described as follows:

All of the 10 foot Irrigation and Drainage easement in Lot 2, Glotfelty Minor Subdivision, as shown on said Plat, for Fruitvale Lateral and Waste Ditch Association.

 

 

 

 

 

PASSED and ADOPTED this 20th day of October, 1999.
