A Resolution Accepting Funds From The Colorado Department Of Transportation

For CDOT Project SHE M555-009, North Avenue At 10^th and 23^rd St.,

For The Purpose Of Reconstructing The Traffic Signals

And Providing Accessibility

RECITALS:

The City Council of the City of Grand Junction, hereby resolved in Resolution 16-99, to enter into a contract with the State of Colorado, Department of Transportation for the purpose of reconstructing the traffic signals and providing accessibility at 10^th Street and North Avenue and 23^rd Street and North Avenue.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, AS FOLLOWS:

The City Council accepts the funds from the State of Colorado in the amount of $200,000.
