AMENDING THE BYLAWS OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION

RECITALS:

The bylaws of the Grand Junction Planning Commission, as amended by Resolution No. 17-97, set forth the meeting location in the City-County Auditorium located at 520 Rood Avenue. During the temporary relocation of City Hall, the meeting location will be changed to Two Rivers Convention Center, 159 Main Street.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the bylaws of the Grand Junction Planning Commission are amended as follows:

CONDUCT OF MEETINGS

1. The number of meetings per month and a schedule of meeting dates shall be established and may be altered or changed at any regularly scheduled meeting. One regular meeting date is established each month on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in Two Rivers Convention Center, located at 159 Main Street. If warranted, a second meeting will be scheduled.
