Granting Permission for the

Riverview Technology Corporation, Inc.

to Acquire the DOE Compound

Now therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction:

The Riverview Technology Corporation, Inc. is authorized to acquire the DOE Compound, in accordance with the previously reviewed and discussed purchase contract.
