ORDINANCE NO. 247.

 

AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING MOVING PICTURE SHOWS.

 

Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado:

 

Section 1. The terms and provisions of sections 9, 10 and 21 of Ordinance No. 227, passed and adopted July 14, 1914, shall not apply to buildings already constructed used for moving picture shows for a period of thirty days next after the going into effect of this ordinance; provided, such building and equipment shall be made to comply with said Ordinance No. 227 in all other respects.

 

Passed and adopted this 31st day of January, A. D. 1916.

I HEREBY CERTIFY, that the foregoing ordinance, entitled "An Ordinance Concerning Moving Picture Shows," was introduced and read at a regular adjourned meeting of the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, held on the 19th day of January, A. D. 1916, and that the same was published in full in The Daily News, a daily newspaper published and in general circulation in said city, at least ten days before its passage.
