ORDINANCE NO. 248.

 

AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AUTHORIZATION AND PUBLICATION OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF 1916 OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION.

 

Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado:

 

Section 1. That the ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, as revised by Henry Tupper, city attorney, assisted by Scott W. Heckman, be printed, published and bound in book form by authority of the City of Grand Junction, and the same, published and bound as aforesaid, shall be received in evidence in all courts and places without further proof.

 

Section 2. Said ordinances, when published as directed in Section 1 of this ordinance, shall be known as "Revised Ordinances of 1916 of the City of Grand Junction," and it shall then be the duty of the City Clerk to affix the seal of said City of Grand Junction to each of the books so printed, published and bound as aforesaid.

 

Passed and adopted this 11th day of April, A. D. 1916.

I HEREBY CERTIFY, that the foregoing ordinance, entitled "An Ordinance Providing for the Authorization and Publication of the Revised Ordinances of 1916 of the City of Grand Junction," was introduced and read at a regular adjourned meeting of the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, held on the 28th day of March, A. D. 1916, and that the same was published in full in The Daily News, a daily newspaper published and in general circulation in said city, at least ten days before its passage.
