AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING SALARIES.
Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado:
Section 1. That there shall be paid as part salary on September 1, 1919, in addition to the salary provided for in Ordinance No. 274 of the City of Grand Junction, passed and adopted November 26, 1918, the following amounts, the said payments being made because of the prevailing high price of living and only to those employees who work continually from the date of the passage of this ordinance to September 1, 1919.
Chief of Police $60.00
Policemen 45.00
Chief of Fire Department 60.00
Assistant Chief of Fire Department 60.00
Firemen 45.00
Passed and adopted this 25th day of March, A. D. 1919.

I HEREBY CERTIFY, that the foregoing ordinance, entitled "An Ordinance Concerning Salaries," was introduced, read and ordered published at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, held on the 4th day of March, A.
