AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE No. 167, PASSED AND ADOPTED AUGUST 24, 1909.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado:
That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 167, entitled "An Ordinance Defining Sidewalk and Curb Lines and Prescribing Materials for Sidewalk Construction in the City of Grand Junction, passed and adopted August 24, 1909, be and the same is hereby amended so as to read as follows:
Section 3. On all streets and avenues, except as otherwise provided in section one of this ordinance, the line of curb is hereby fixed as a line twenty-two feet from the property line toward the center of the street and parallel with the property line on streets and avenues eighty feet or more in width and as a line fifteen feet from the property line towards the center of the street and parallel with the property line on all streets less than eighty feet in width.

I HEREBY CERTIFY, that the foregoing ordinance, entitled "An Ordinance Amending Section 3 of Ordinance No. 167, Passed and Adopted August 24, 1909" was introduced, read and ordered published at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, held on the 9th day of March, A. D. 1920, and that the same was published in full in the Daily News, a daily newspaper published and in general circulation in said city, at least ten days before its passage.
