ORDINANCE NO. 300
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE NO. 132 PASSED AND ADOPTED NOVEMBER 8, 1905.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction Colorado.
Section 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 132 passed November 8, 1905, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows, to wit:
Section 2. No person shall ride or drive any horse, mule, cattle, or the like animal or any carriage, wagon or any automobile or auto truck on or across any sidewalk, curbing, berm, lawn or other grass plot within the City of Grand Junction where there is no regular approach to the same, provided, that the word berm shall be taken to mean that part of the street between the sidewalk and the curb line.
Passed and adopted this 21st day of June, A. D. 1921.
