ORDINANCE No. 316

 An Ordinance amending Section 1 of Ordinance No. 301, passed and adopted the 26th day of July, 1921, and entitled "A Building Ordinance and also concerning the storage and handling of gasoline."

 Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction:

 Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 301, passed and adopted the 26th day of July, 1921, and entitled "A Building Ordinance and also concerning the storage and handling of gasoline" amending Article III of Ordinance No. 244, passed and adopted December 28th, 1915, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:

 Section 1. Article III. All that portion of the City of Grand Junction embraced within the following described limits shall be known as the fire limits of the City of Grand Junction:

 Beginning at the Northwest corner of lot 18 in block 100 of the City of Grand Junction, thence East to the East side of Third Street; Thence North to the South side of Rood Avenue; thence East to the East side of Fourth Street; thence North to the South side of the alley in block 96; thence East to the East side of Fifth Street; thence South to the South side of Rood Avenue; thence East to the West side of the alley running North and South in block 106; thence South to the North side of Colorado; thence West to the West side of Seventh Street; thence South to the North side of the alley in block 127; thence West to the West side of Fifth Street; thence South to the North side of Ute Avenue; thence West to the West side of Third Street; thence North to the North side of the alley in block 123; thence West to the Northeast corner of lot 27 in block 123; thence South to Pitkin Avenue; thence West to the Denver & Rio Grand Railway right-of-way; thence in a Northwesterly direction along said right-of-way to the South side of the alley in block 143; thence East to the Southwest corner of lot 7 in block 143; thence North to the South side of the alley running East and West in block 121; thence East to the West side of Second Street; thence North to the Southeast corner of lot 13 in block 100; thence West to the Southwest corner of lot 18 in block 100; thence North to the place of beginning.

Passed and adopted this 10th day of May A.D. 1922.

I HEREBY CERTIFY, that the foregoing ordinance, entitled "An Ordinance amending Section 1 of Ordinance No. 301, passed and adopted the 26th day of July, 1921, and entitled "A Building Ordinance and also concerning the storage and handling of gasoline", was introduced and read at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, held on the 26th day of April A.D. 1922 and that the same was published in full in the Daily News, a daily newspaper published and in general circulation in said city, at least ten days before it's passage.
