ORDINANCE NO. 339

AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING SALARY OF POLICE MAGISTRATE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

Section 1. That the salary of the Police Magistrate of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, shall be $50.00 a month, payable at the close of each month, beginning with the 20th day of November, A.D. 1923.

Section 2. That all Ordinances or parts thereof in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

Section 3. That in the opinion of the City Council a special emergency exists for the preservation of the public peace, safety and health and this ordinance shall therefore go into effect upon its passage.

Passed and adopted this 19th day of November, A.D. 1923.
