ORDINANCE NO. 342
AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE SALARY AND COMPENSATION OF THE CITY ATTORNEY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:
Section 1. That the salary of the City Attorney of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, shall be $150.00 a month, payable at the end of each month, beginning with the 21st of November, A.D. 1923, and in addition thereto for preparing all proceedings and records for each local improvement district created under ordinance No. 178 as amended, the City Attorney shall receive as compensation therefor, the sum of $50.00 for each district costing $10,000.00 or more, said amount to be charged against said district, and this ordinance shall also apply to all incompleted local improvement districts costing Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) or more, wherein the assessing ordinance has not as yet been passed.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Passed and adopted this 5th day of December, A.D. 1923.
