ORDINANCE NO. 409
AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE CONSTRUCTION OF ANY OUTDOOR AERIAL CONNECTED WITH ANY RADIO RECEIVING SET UPON ANY PART OF ANY OVERHEAD SYSTEM BELONGING TO ANY PUBLIC UTILITY COMPANY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:
Section 1. That hereafter it shall be unlawful for any person or persons in the City of Grand Junction to install, place, or maintain, or permit or suffer to be placed or maintained any outdoor aerial connected with any radio receiving set of which said person or persons may be in possession or control, upon any poles, cross-arms, wires or any other part or parts of any overhead system belonging to any public utility company, including telegraph, telephone, street realway and electric light, power, distribution and transmission companies, or any municipally owned public utility.
Section 2. That any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this ordinance, or who shall fail to comply with the provisions thereof, shall, upon conviction, be fined in any sum not less than ten dollars, nor more than one hundred dollars, or by imprisonment for a period of not less than ten days, nor more than thirty days, or by both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court having jurisdiction of the case, and each day's violation thereof shall constitute a separate offense and be punishable as herein provided.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinance in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

D. 1926, and that the same was published in the Daily Sentinel a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City, at least ten days before its final passage.
