ORDINANCE NO. 417

AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE SALARY OF THE JUDGE OF THE MUNICIPAL COURT AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH:

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

Section 1. That the Judge of the Municipal Court of the City of Grand Junction shall receive the following monthly salary beginning March 1st, 1927, payable at the close of each and every month, viz:

Judge of the Municipal Court    $75.00

Section 2. That all ordinances and parts thereof in conflict with this ordinance be and the same are hereby repealed.
