ORDINANCE NO. 502
AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR MEETINGS OF
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:
SECTION 1. The regular meetings of the City Council of the City of Grand Junction shall be held at the City Hall on the first and third Wednesdays of each month at the hour of 7:30 o' clock P. M: provided that if any such meeting date falls upon a legal holiday the meeting shall be held on the following day at the same hour.
SECTION 2. The President of the City Council or any four members thereof may call special meetings of the Council at the City Hall by written notice to each of the members of said Council, which notice shall set forth the time and purposes of such meeting, and shall be personally served upon each member, or left at his usual place of residence, by any officer or employee of the City, at least 24 hours before such meeting; provided that such notice may be waived by the members of the Council.
SECTION 3. All ordinance, resolutions or motions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
