ORDINANCE NO. 517

AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 4 OF ORDINANCE NO. 145

AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 198

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO.

SECTION 1. That Section 4 of Ordinance No. 145, as amended by Ordinance No. 198, of the City of Grand Junction, be amended to read as follows:

SECTION 4. Any keeper of any of the tables mentioned in this ordinance who shall allow any person to play thereon between the hours of twelve o'clock midnight and six o'clock in the morning of each day in the week, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than five dollars or more than one hundred dollars.
