ORDINANCE NO. 520

 

AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING SALARIES AND TO REPEAL ALL FORMER ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 

SECTION 1. The following named officers and employees of the City of Grand Junction shall receive the following monthly salaries, beginning July 1, 1934, payable at the close of each and every month, viz:

 

City Manager . . . . $354.16

 

Fire Chief . . . . 157.50

 

Probationary Fireman, 1st to 6 mos. . . . . 110.00

 

Fireman, 7th mo. to 12th month . . . . 112.50

 

Fireman, second year . . . . 120.00

 

Fireman, after 2 years . . . . 130.00

 

Chief of Dept. of Health & Parks . . . . 175.00

 

City Treasurer . . . . 157.50

 

City Auditor & Ex-Officio City Clerk . . . . 157.50

 

City Attorney . . . . 140.00

 

Secretary to City Manager . . . . 117.50

 

City Veterinarian . . . . 157.50

 

City Physician . . . . 75.00

 

Chief of Police Department . . . . 175.00

 

Assistant Chief of Police . . . . 157.50

 

Patrolman, 1st year . . . . 117.50

 

Patrolman, 2nd year . . . . 125.00

SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
