ORDINANCE NO. 530

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 16 OF ORDINANCE NO. 484 PASSED AND ADOPTED APRIL 1, 1931

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

SECTION 1. That Section 16 of Ordinance No. 484, passed and adopted April 1, 1931, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:

SECTION 16. FEES FOR PERMIT. (a) The applicant shall pay an inspection fee of fifty ($.50) cents for each fixture or opening left in the work, provided, however, that the minimum charge shall be at least fifty ($.50) cents.

(b) No permit will be issued to any plumber who is delinquent in any fees.
