AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING SALARIES

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO.

SECTION 1. The following named officers and employees of the City of Grand Junction, shall receive, not to exceed the following monthly salaries beginning January 1st, 1936, payable at the end of each and every month, viz.:

City Manager . . . . $416.67

Fire Chief . . . . 175.00

Captain Fire Dept. . . . . 150.00

Probationary Fireman, 1st 6 mos. . . . . 115.00

Fireman, 7th mo. to 12th mo. . . . . 120.00

Firemen, Second year . . . . 130.00

Firemen, after two years . . . . 140.00

Chief of Dept. Public Works . . . . 200.00

Chief Dept. Health & Parks . . . . 200.00

Assistant Engineer . . . . 150.00

Water Dept. Foreman . . . . 150.00

Highway Dept. Foreman . . . . 150.00

City Treasurer . . . . 175.00

City Auditor & Ex-Officio City Clerk . . . . 175.00

Secretary to City Manager . . . . 125.00

City Attorney . . . . 150.00

City Veterinarian . . . . 175.00

Chief of Police Department . . . . 200.00

Assistant Chief of Police . . . . 175.00

Patrolman, first year . . . . 125.00

SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
