ORDINANCE NO. 545

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 29 "A" OF ORDINANCE NO. 542

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO.

SECTION 1. That Section 29 "A" of Ordinance No. 542 of said City be and the same is hereby amended so that as amended said Section 29 "A" shall read as follows:

Section 29 "A". Time Limitation of Parking. It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to park such vehicle for a period of time longer than two hours at any time between the hours of nine o'clock A.M., and six o'clock P.M., of any day, except Sundays and legal holidays, on Main Street between Second Street and Seventh Street in said City.

SECTION 2. That in the opinion of the City Council, a special emergency exists for the preservation of the public health and safety, and this ordinance shall therefore go into effect upon its passage.
