ORDINANCE NO. 549

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 29 A OF ARTICLE VI OF ORDINANCE NO. 529 AND REPEALING ORDINANCES NOS. 542 and 545

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

SECTION 1. That Section 29 A of Article VI of Ordinance No. 529 of said City, as added to Ordinance No. 529 by Ordinance No. 542, and as amended by Ordinance No. 545, be and the same is hereby amended so that as amended said Section 29 A shall read as follows:

SECTION 29 A. Time Limitation of Parking. It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to park such vehicle for a period of time longer than two hours at any time between the hours of 9 o'clock A. M. and 6 o'clock P. M. of any day, except Sundays and legal holidays, on any of the following streets within said City; on Main Street between Second and Seventh Streets, and on Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Streets between Colorado and Rood Avenues.

SECTION 2. That said Ordinances Nos. 542 and 545 be and are hereby repealed.
