ORDINANCE NO. 553

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF ORDINANCE NO. 432

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO.

SECTION 1. That the Zoning Map accompanying Ordinance No. 432, and made a part of said Ordinance by Section 1 thereof, as heretofore amended, be and is hereby amended so that each and all of the four areas of lots and parcels of property situate at the intersection of Seventh Street and North Avenue, in said City, and designated and described by said Zoning Map as Business "A" District, are hereby changed to Residence "A" District, and shall be so designated by said Zoning Map.

Passed and adopted this 19th day of August, A. D. 1936.
