ORDINANCE NO. 568

 

AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE WIDTH OF THE ROADWAY ON

FIRST STREET BETWEEN MAIN STREET AND UTE AVENUE

 

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

 

SECTION 1. That on First Street between Main Street and Ute Avenue, in said City, the roadways shall be thirty-six feet in width, and the curb line shall be eighteen feet distant from the center lines thereof.

 

Passed and adopted this 17th day of March, A. D. 1937.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 568, was introduced, read, and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at the regular meeting of said body held on the 3rd day of March, A.
