ORDINANCE NO. 571

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING MAP ACCOMPANYING

ORDINANCE NO. 432, AND BEING A PART THEREOF

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

SECTION 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 432, adopting the Zoning map accompanying said Ordinance, be and it is hereby amended by changing the following district:

SECTION 1. That portion of Residence "B" Use District, as shown on the district map and described as follows: Lots Twenty-two (22) to Thirty-two (32) inclusive, Block Fifty (50); Lots Seventeen (17) to Thirty-two (32) inclusive, Block Fifty-one (51); Lots Seventeen to Thirty-two (32) inclusive, Block Fifty-two (52); Lots One (1) to Sixteen (16) inclusive, Block Fifty-nine (59); Lots One (1) to Sixteen (16) inclusive, Block Sixty (60), and Lots One (1) to Ten (10) inclusive, Block Sixty-one (61) is hereby changed to Residence "C" Use District.
