ORDINANCE NO. 599

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING MAP ACCOMPANYING ORDINANCE NO. 432, AND BEING A PART THEREOF.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 432 adopting the Zoning map accompanying said Ordinance, be and is hereby amended by changing the following district:

SECTION 1. That part of Residence "A" Use District as shown on the district map and described as follows: Lots Seventeen (17) to Thirty-two inclusive (32), Block Forty-six (46); Lots One (1) to Thirty-two (32) inclusive Block Sixty-five (65); Lots Seventeen (17) to Thirty-two (32) inclusive, Block Sixty-four (64); Lots One (1) to Sixteen (16) inclusive, Block Sixty-nine (69); and lots One (1) to Sixteen (16) inclusive, Block Sixty-eight (68) is hereby changed to Residence "B" Use District.

Passed and adopted this 19th day of October, A. D. 1938.
