ORDINANCE NO. 626
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NUMBER 359
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 359 entitled, "An Ordinance Concerning Soft Drink Parlors" be and it is hereby repealed, effective April 1, 1940, provided, however, that nothing herein contained shall be construed as obligating or permitting the City Treasurer of the City of Grand Junction to make refund of any moneys or fees heretofore collected and paid into the City Treasury on account of licenses heretofore granted and issued under said Ordinance.
