ORDINANCE NO. 627
AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE WIDTH OF THE ROADWAY ON NORTH AVENUE BETWEEN FIRST STREET AND TWELFTH STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:
SECTION 1. That on North Avenue, between First Street and Twelfth Street, in said City, the roadway shall be fifty-six feet in width, and the curb line shall be twelve feet distant from the property line.
Passed and adopted this 1st day of May, A. D. 1940.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 627, was introduced, read and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 19th day of April, A.
