ORDINANCE NO. 630

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING MAP ACCOMPANYING ORDINANCE NO. 432, AND BEING A PART THEREOF.

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 That the Zoning Map adopted in the accompanying Ordinance No. 432 and particularly referred to in Section 1 thereof, be and it is hereby amended and supplemented in the following instances, to-wit:

 (a) That portion of Residence "A" District as shown on the Zoning Map and described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 16, Block 17, thence east to the northeast corner of Lot 5, Block 18, thence south to the southeast corner of Lot 7, Block 40, thence west to the southwest corner of Lot 15, Block 39, thence north to the point of beginning, all being in and a part of the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, is hereby changed to Residence "B" District.

 (b) And that Lots 17 to 32 inclusive in Block 82 of said City is hereby changed from Residence "E" use District to Business "B" use District.

 Passed and adopted this 7th day of August, A. D. 1940.

 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 630, was introduced, read and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 17th day of July, A. D. 1940, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City at least ten days before it was amended and finally passed.
