ORDINANCE NO. 633

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING MAP ACCOMPANYING

ORDINANCE NO. 432, AND BEING A PART THEREOF

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY F GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 That the Zoning Map adopted in and accompanying Ordinance No. 432 and particularly referred to in Section 1 thereof, be and it is hereby amended and supplemented in the following instances, to-wit:

 (a)  That portion of Residence “A” District as shown on the Zoning Map and described as follows: Lots 12 to 29 inclusive, in Block 49, and Lots 11 to 19 inclusive in Block 62, being located between the alley east of Seventh Street and Eighth Street on both sides of Chipeta Avenue and the south side of Gunnison Avenue, in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, is hereby changed to Residence “B” District.

 Passed and adopted this 4^th day of September, A. D. 1940.

 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 633, was introduced, read and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 21^st day of August, A. D. 1940, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City at east ten days before its final passage.
