ORDINANCE NO. 641

 

AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 504

 

 

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO.

 

 SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 504 of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, passed and adopted September 25th, 1933, and entitled, "An Ordinance Relating to the Engaging in the Business of Selling and Delivering Fruits, Vegetables, Poultry, Eggs, Butter and Other Merchandise at Wholesale within the City of Grand Junction, and Providing for a License Therefor, and for an Occupation Tax to be Paid for such License, and for Giving of Bond by such Licensee and Providing Exemptions from the Provisions Hereof, and Penalties for the Violation Hereof", be and it is hereby repealed.

 

 Passed and adopted this 22nd day of January, A. D. 1941.

 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 641, was introduced, read and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular adjourned meeting of said body held on the 8th day of January, A. D. 1941, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City at least ten days before its final passage.
