ORDINANCE NO. 644
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 29 (a) OF ARTICLE VI
OF ORDINANCE NO. 529
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:
SECTION 1. That Section 29 (a) of Article VI of Ordinance No. 529 of said City, as added to said ordinance by Ordinance No. 542 and as amended by Ordinances No. 545, No. 549 and No. 624 be and the same is hereby further amended so that as amended said Section 29 (a) shall read as follows:
Section 29 (a)Time Limitation of Parking. It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to park such vehicle for a period of time longer than two hours at any time between the hours of nine o'clock A.M. and six o'clock P.M. of any day, except Sundays and legal holidays, on any of the following streets within said City: On Main Street between Second and Seventh Streets, on Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Streets between Colorado and Rood Avenues, on Seventh Street/between Main Street and Rood Avenue, on Rood Avenue between Third Street and Seventh Street, and on the south side of North Avenue between Tenth Street and Twelfth Street, and on the north side of Main Street between First Street and Second Street.
SECTION 2. All ordinance or parts of ordinance in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
