ORDINANCE NO. 645

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THAT PORTION OF SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 606 WHICH RELATES TO AND DEFINES MILK PRODUCTS FOR THE PURPOSE OF SAID ORDINANCE

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

 SECTION 1. That portion of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 606 which relates to and defines Milk Products for the purpose of said ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so that, as amended, said portion of said section shall read as follows:

 MILK PRODUCTS - Milk products shall be taken to mean and include cream, sour cream, goat milk, vitamin D milk, buttermilk, skimmed milk, milk beverages, and skimmed milk beverages.

 SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances that conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

 Passed and adopted this 19th day of February, A. D. 1941.
